Terms of Service

OutaClip is a software service that helps users discover, analyze and adapt content formats found on social media platforms.

Features may include identifying content that is performing unusually well, extracting hooks and structures, generating scripts or adaptations, saving content and publishing or exporting user content where supported.

Some features require an OutaClip account.

Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for activity performed through their account.

Users must provide accurate information when creating or using an account.

Users remain responsible for content they upload, create, publish, reproduce or otherwise use through OutaClip.

Users must ensure that they have the rights and permissions required for their use of third-party content.

OutaClip does not grant users ownership of third-party videos, music, trademarks or other protected material.

Users must comply with applicable law and with the terms of the social platforms they use.

OutaClip may help identify successful content formats and assist users in creating or adapting content.

OutaClip does not guarantee:

• viral content
• a specific number of views
• audience growth
• revenue
• advertising performance
• sales
• conversions
• any other commercial result

Results depend on many factors outside OutaClip's control.

OutaClip may offer free and paid plans.

The current features, limits and prices are displayed on the pricing page before purchase.

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the price and billing period displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified during checkout.

OutaClip gallery. Without a subscription (free plan, with or without purchases of ★ packs), the videos the user generates with AI that show no real person are public: OutaClip may display them in its gallery, on its website, as examples. A video that contains the image or the voice of a real person is never displayed there without the user’s agreement, given video by video.

To object, the user can click “Remove from the gallery” on the video’s page (immediate and permanent for that video), or take out a Creator subscription: while the subscription is active, none of the account’s videos is displayed, and the videos created during the subscription stay private.

Any removal request can also be sent to support@outaclip.com.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

Users may cancel their subscription through the account or billing interface made available by OutaClip.

Cancellation prevents future renewal.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current billing period.

Any statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights.

Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will normally be returned through the original payment method.

Users must not use OutaClip to:

• violate applicable law
• infringe intellectual property rights
• gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• distribute malware
• commit fraud
• interfere with the operation of the service

OutaClip may restrict or suspend access in cases of abuse, fraud, security risk or unlawful use.

OutaClip may modify, update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service.

Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OutaClip is not liable for indirect losses, loss of audience, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities or results that users expected from content published using the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms may be updated when the service, legal requirements or business practices change.

The current version will remain available on this page.

These Terms are governed by French law.

Mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the user's country remain unaffected.
